Trail Ride
Trail Rides - These rides have routes that are planned to happen predominantly on bike trails. Some examples would be the Ohio to Erie Trail, Great Allegheny Passage/C&O Canal Towpath (Washington D.C. to Pittsburgh), Delaware & Lehigh Trail, Erie Canal Trail (New York), and the Katy Trail (Missouri).

Florida Trail and Road Ride
February 2-11, 2025
Join us as our Bike Hope Love van and support trailer transports you, your bike and gear to sunny Florida. We will cycle six of the ten days, 50-70 miles per day, on secondary roads and paved trails while enjoying the scenic beaches and wildlife views of Florida.

Paul Bunyan State Trail (Minnesota)
July 19-26, 2025
Join Ken Gifford, Ride Champion, to “The Land of 10,000 Lakes.” Cycle on the longest continuously paved trail (110 miles) in Minnesota from Crow Wing State Park, Brainerd to Bemidji State Park, Bemidji.
Primarily located on a former Burlington Northern Railroad grade, the terrain of the Paul Bunyan Trail is generally level with the exception of nine miles of rolling hills and curves that pass through the Chippewa National Forest.
Anticipate passing through boreal forests, more than 20 lakes and 10 rivers/streams and meadows. Anticipate gnats and mosquitoes.
We will meet at Norwalk First United Methodist Church, 60 West Main St, Norwalk OH 44857 on Saturday, July 19 at 8:30 to depart at 9:00 am. Our first night will be spent in Rockford IL and will leave Sunday morning for Brainerd MN where we will begin the ride on Monday morning.
